Washington High School in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, Fayetteville State University – Bachelor of Science, Institute of Government, Chapel Hill – Human Relations Administration, Fayetteville State University – Law Enforcement, Phi Beta Sigma, US Army Veteran.  I served as the City of Fayetteville, Human Relation Director for 28 years.
